1. Commitment to GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is a comprehensive data protection law that came into effect on May 25, 2018. Zarmi Tech is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of EU residents in accordance with the GDPR.

2. Data Subject Rights

Under the GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

  • Access their personal data;
  • Rectify any inaccurate data;
  • Erase their personal data (the "right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict the processing of their data;
  • Data portability;
  • Object to the processing of their data.

3. Data Protection Officer

To ensure our continued compliance with the GDPR, Zarmi Tech has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO"). If you have any questions or concerns about our data protection practices, please contact our DPO at privacy@zarmitech.com.

4. Data Security and Breach Notification

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay.

5. International Data Transfers

We may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In such cases, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
